Dr. Menendez is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow conditions at the Oregon Shoulder Institute at Southern Oregon Orthopedics, located in Medford, Oregon.

His clinical expertise is on advanced minimally invasive arthroscopic surgery and reconstructive procedures of the shoulder and elbow. He has specialized training and particular interest in complex total shoulder arthroplasty.
